Turnkey Process
Our philosophy and mission have always been providing a turnkey home for our clients and in doing so we will not spare any time or effort to accomplish our client's goal.
Our work starts with understanding the client's concept for the build and providing the appropriate architect and engineers for their project.
Upon completion of the design stage, we will apply for the permit and go through all the required to obtain approval. Construction will start shortly after and it will conclude with obtaining certificate of occupancy.
Pricing & Transparency
There are a number of different contracting methods regarding financing a project.
We will assist the client by explaining and helping in choosing a method which works with the clients' needs and priorities.
Our approach on each project cost is to provide high level of transparency on pricing to the client.
Referenceability
For us each project is a testimony to our work ethics and quality of our projects. In doing so, we rely mostly on clients' referrals.
