Design
The process of building starts with an idead by the client, choosing the proper architect and engineers, permitting process, and finally starting the project by the general contractor.
Depending on the clients vision, Access Development will assist you with the design, selection of architects & engineers, and permitting till obtaining the occupancy permit.
Access Development Group will provide a turnkey approach in building your desired home and will allocate all the time needed to accomplish this goal.
Budget
Creating an accurate budget is a required part of any construction project and Access Development Group will assist in forecasting a budget for the project.
Project finances are tracked in an organized fashion on a regular basis.
Quality & Finishes
A detailed plan for the finishes and fixtures are explored and determined between the client and Access Development Group at the design and budgeting stage prior to the start of the construction. This will become a set of specifications for the project.
