Mr. Ejtemaei has over 10 years of construction and modernization between California and Florida in both Residential and Public Schools. He has been focusing on residential projects for the last few years. His goal is to bring quality build projects to end users.

 

He studied Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech with an MBA from Thunderbird focusing on international business.

Mr. Mamaeghani has over 40 years of real estate & construction management experience resulting in building & providing the best possible products for today's market. He has done 15 new construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area between Rio Vista, Victoria Park, and Tarpon.

He studied civil engineering from Utah State and Master in Construction Management from Northeastern Univeristy.
