Pooya Ejtemaei

Prior to starting Access Development Group, Mr. Ejtemaei was involved in development of  and construction of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects for public schools in CA. These proejcts were focused to improve the classrooms and the students and learning environemnt.

 

Prior to that, Mr. Ejtemaei was working at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for financing energy projects. He worked on a number of Renewable Energy transactions along with Municipal Leases covering Public Sector nationally. He was based in San Francisco office.  His last role was in Capital Markets, working with institutional investors to find the right funding solutions for Public Sector entities.

 

Mr. Ejtemaei has an MBA from Thunderbird Global School of business and Bachelors of Electrical Engineering with Business Minor from Virginia Tech. 

Mr. Ejtemaei is also an active pilot and flies regularly.

Nader Mameghani

Mr. Mamaeghani has over 40 years of real estate & construction management experience resulting in building & providing the best possible products for today's market. He has done 15 new construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area between Rio Vista, Victoria Park, and Tarpon.

He studied civil engineering from Utah State and Master in Construction Management from Northeastern Univeristy.
